We value your privacy.  This privacy policy of www.datetraders.com set out the privacy practices of our free banner exchange website in the use information gathered when a site visitor sign up for a membership, click our partners’ links / members links. How do We Gather Members’ Information

There are various ways in which we gather information from users of our Banner Exchange Website to enable us to keep track of our user’s web activities:

When you join our free banner exchange network, we ask you to provide us the following information:

A.       COOKIES

Our database and analysis system tracks the traffic throughout our network.  This information is use to compile overall statistics and is not recorded at an individual level.  The statistics help us decide which products and services best serve our members and guests.

We use our own advertising as well as third party advertising agencies.  We can not be help responsible for anything contained within our exchange partners, our members, or our advertiser’s sites.

D.       AGGREGATE INFORMATION
We use aggregate information from demographic surveys and traffic patterns to customize our site.  Comparison technology allows us to use this information to select suitable advertising for our site to provide links to other websites of interest to our members/visitors.  We use information only on an aggregate level and do not track information about individuals.  Aggregate information maybe shared with our partners to plan advertising or promotions.  We do not share any individual information.

We do not provide any third party with any individually identifiable information.

E.       ELECTRONIC MAILS
We usually communicate with you through electronic mails to notify you on the following instances:

1.       To inform you that your website and the banners you submitted is approved / disapproved;
          2.       To answer queries regarding your membership;
          3.       To update you of our new and/or upgraded services.
          4.       To notify you for any changes we may have in process or procedures.

F.       PERMISSION TO USE YOUR CONTENT
By transmitting any suggestions, information, identification, material, or other content to us, you automatically grants us the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, redistribute, transmit, perform and display such content ( in whole or part) worldwide and / or incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.  Further, we are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, and suggestions contained in any communications you send to this website for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to creating, manufacturing and marketing products and/or services using such information.

We do not hand out any information to anybody.
