DateTraders.com is an online free banner exchange advertising website that helps dating and single matchmaking sites to quickly multiply their click rates through a banner exchange program.  Member websites using DateTraders.com banner exchange program may gain traffic by their ad space for the ad space on other websites participating in the banner exchange program.  DateTraders.com moreover caters also to the strong demand for an increase in Click Through Rate (CTR) because of our robust exchange ration of 5:4.

1.       Banner Approvals
All banners submitted/uploaded are subject for review by Datetraders.com staff and banners will be rated according to the following criteria:

          G – Clean Banners and Website
            R -  Sexy Banners and Website
            X – X Rated Banners and Website

Datetraders.com reserves the right to refuse membership to any websites or banners that contains illegal or pornographic activities or for any reason as we see appropriate.

2.       Standard Click Through Rate
To maximize our click to impressions ratio we monitor banner performance and post in our site acceptable CTR rate that your site must maintain to continue our exchanges.

Datetraders.com reserved the right to modify, add and/or cancel banners that falls below our standard as these will affect the quality of traffic on our banner exchange network.

3.         Banner Codes

Datetraders.com HTML code provided upon joining must be copied and placed in the member’s website within 24 hours.

Banner code exchange must be placed in the Front Page or Home Page and/or 1 to 2 clicks away from the Home Page.

We have various banner sizes with higher CTR.  We give advice on what banner size and formats to use to maximize impressions.

4.       Invalid Clicks
Datetraders.com reserves the right to delete or discontinue the service to the members account in the event that:

1.       Member site will not place the banner ad code in their website as indicated in number 3 within 24 hour; 
2.       If the banner is deactivated or remove after we verified the account;
3.       Conduct fraudulent activity or invalid clicks that artificially increase banner views such as opening an account and become verified member but will redirect their page to another site after verification;
4.       DateTraders.com has the right to disable and/or edit credits earned on any account where there are fraudulent activities noticed;
5.       And for any reason at the sole discretion of DateTraders.com.

5.       INDEMNITY

Member sites agree to use services provided with DateTraders.com at their own risk.  DateTraders.com owners, partners, administrators and employees and sponsor cannot be held liable for any damages, loss of information that may occur from the use of DateTraders.com services.

6.       LINKS

DateTraders.com and other affiliated site may provide links to other websites in the internet.  We encourage you to please check the Terms and Conditions of these websites together with their Policy Statements as we do not have control these websites.
